User Data Deletion Instructions

At SenangReview (operated by Erazem Sdn Bhd), we respect your privacy and your right to control your personal data.

If you have registered an account with us using Facebook or Google and wish to delete your account and all associated personal data, you can do so easily by following the steps below.

Option 1: Request Deletion via Email (Recommended)

You can request the complete and permanent deletion of your account and personal data by contacting our support team.

Send an email to: mail@senangreview.com
Subject Line: “Data Deletion Request”

In the body of the email, please include the email address associated with your SenangReview account.

Our team will process your request and permanently delete your account, including your name, email, and any profile data fetched from Facebook or Google, within 7 business days.

We will notify you once the deletion is complete.

Option 2: Remove App Access via Facebook

If you logged in using Facebook and want to remove our app’s access to your data entirely, follow these steps:

Go to your Facebook account and navigate to Settings & Privacy > Settings
In the left-hand menu, click on Apps and Websites
Locate SenangReview in the list of active apps
Click Remove

This will instantly revoke our access to your Facebook profile.

Option 3: Remove App Access via Google

If you logged in using Google and wish to revoke access:

Go to your Google Account (myaccount.google.com)
On the left navigation panel, select Security
Scroll down to Third-party apps with account access (or “Your connections to third-party apps and services”)
Click Manage third-party access
Select SenangReview and click Remove Access
