By accessing or using SenangReview, operated by Erazem Sdn Bhd, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Services Description

SenangReview provides:

• Customer feedback collection via QR / links

• Review filtering based on client-defined settings

• Publishing of positive reviews to platforms such as Google

• Internal handling of negative feedback

3. Account Registration & Third-Party Logins

Users must:

• Provide accurate information

• Maintain account confidentiality

• Be responsible for all activities under their account

Social Logins

You may register and log in using third-party services like Google or Facebook.

By doing so, you authorize us to access and use certain profile information (such as your name and email) from these platforms via their APIs to create and authenticate your account.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google or Facebook accounts. If your third-party account is compromised, SenangReview is not liable for any unauthorized access to your SenangReview account.

4. Subscription & Payment

• Subscription Fee: RM50/month (billed annually unless otherwise stated)

• Payments are non-refundable unless required by law

• Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the platform for unlawful or fraudulent purposes

• Manipulate or generate fake reviews

• Violate any third-party platform policies (e.g., Google review policies)

6. Customer Reviews & Content

Users retain ownership of submitted content.

You grant us a license to use, display, and process content for service delivery.

We do not guarantee that all reviews will be published externally.

7. Third-Party Integrations

SenangReview integrates with third-party services (e.g., WhatsApp API providers, Google, Facebook).

We are not responsible for:

• Changes in third-party policies

• API limitations

• Downtime

8. Service Availability & Limitation of Liability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the last 12 months

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

• Terms are violated

• Payment is overdue

• Misuse of the system is detected

10. Intellectual Property & Governing Law

All platform content, branding, and software belong to Erazem Sdn Bhd.

Unauthorized use is prohibited.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time.
